Purchasing Contract
Must agree to the terms and conditions

1. Orders will be sent an official invoice, and a confirmation email will be provided.
2. Orders will be shipped after the payment is received.
3. Local deliveries to MD, DC, or VA within a 10mi range are optional, with a $15.00 fee.
4. Deposits are non-refundable, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
5. Please note that customized items are non-refundable.
6. Any orders refused by the addressee will not be refunded.
7. Orders will be shipped using USPS and UPS, and rates with insurance will apply. Products will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
8. Any custom orders will be completed and shipped within 10-14 business days.
9. If a floral container or vase is unavailable, a similar container will be substituted.
10. Flower arrangements and assorted flowers; if some are unavailable, we will substitute other kinds of flowers at an equal or more excellent value.
11. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for any custom
orders.
12. Some Images are of past work. We can't guarantee that recreation will be exact due to material availability, but we will try to use alternatives that give the same effect!
13. Please be sure that you acknowledge the personalization, process, and policy section.
14. If there is any item(s) that you may be interested in and is out of stock, it can be specially made. Please include the item(s) in the special instruction box on the order form.

Care Instructions
Your floral arrangement has been uniquely crafted and handmade in a glass vase and with attention to detail. To
clean flowers, you can use a can of air duster. Hold approximately 12" away so as not to damage the petals.
